Most of our items are personalized and therefore we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Items that can be resold, can be shipped back at the customers expense.

It is very important to check that you have left the correct information for personalizing, if you leave the wrong information (date or names spelled incorrectly) we not responsible for correcting it or reshipping a new item. If The Paper Shoppe has made an error on your order, we WILL correct it.
