To keep shipping time low, no proofs are sent. Your information will be copy and pasted to avoid errors and formatted to match the design shown in the listings.

Do you ship to my country?
At this time we only ship within Canada and to the United States.

When will my item get here?
Items are prepared to ship within 3 business days. Shipping is 4-8 business days to Canada and the USA. We are not responsible for any delays.

My item never came, what do I do?
Please check your emails for tracking information. Once your item has left our hands you can contact the Post Office directly, we will not have any additional information. If you need help with this process, please reach out as we always want to help.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
You'll notice that our bags prices decrease (per bag) the more you buy, so bulk discounts have already been applied. If you would like to order more than is offered, please contact us.

Can we collaborate?
We'd love for you to get in touch about your idea. Our busy time is generally April-September and we try to keep collabs and styled shoots outside of those months.
