Most of our items are personalized and therefore we do not offer refunds or accept returns, but we look at this case by case. Please contact us if there are any issues.

The Paper Shoppe will not be responsible for the costs or reprinting or shipping if the personalization information that was given, is incorrect. Please double-check before submitting your order, as a proof will not be sent and review your order confirmation email to make sure all is correct.
